www.handcraftedheritage.co.uk (our website) is provided by Handcrafted Heritage Ltd a company registered in England and Wales with company number 17069172 (trading as Handcrafted Heritage) (we, us or our). We are the controller of personal data obtained via our website, meaning we are the organisation legally responsible for deciding how and for what purposes it is used.

How long your personal data will be kept

We will not keep your personal data for longer than we need it for the purpose for which it is used but different retention periods apply for different types of personal data. Following the end of the of the relevant retention period, we will delete or anonymise your personal data.

In some instances, we are legally obliged or permitted to keep your personal data longer for legal compliance, tax and accounting purposes, or to detect and prevent fraudulent or illegal activity. Where we retain your data, we will restrict the processing of your data, in so far as possible.

If you stop using your account we will delete or anonymise your account data after six years.
